Referral revenue management · For wealth managers

Your Best Prospects May Already Be in Your Book.

Your clients already know people who could become your next clients. The problem isn’t whether they’re willing to refer you. It’s that referrals rarely happen consistently without a system.

Shoutback helps wealth managers find where referral revenue is leaking, build a system to recover it, and create new referral relationships when needed.

Three ways we help

Three ways we help wealth managers generate more referrals.

Existing Clients

Turn satisfied clients into introductions

Turn satisfied clients into a more consistent source of introductions — through recognition, not an awkward ask at the annual review.

Referral Opportunities You’re Missing

Find the moments where referrals aren’t happening

Identify the points in the client relationship where referrals could be happening — but aren’t — and build a plan to capture them.

New Referral Relationships

Build what you don’t have yet

When you need relationships you don’t already have, Shoutback can build and operate a private referral network of complementary professionals.

When you need new referral relationships

That’s where Privaire comes in.

Privaire is the private referral-network component of the Shoutback system. We help you identify the professionals who already serve your clients — CPAs, attorneys, insurance professionals, bankers and others — and build the network around your practice. You choose the professionals and make the introduction. We handle the infrastructure, invitations, onboarding and tracking.

Before you ask

The questions we get from advisors.

Isn’t this just a centers-of-influence group?
No, and the difference is structural. A COI breakfast group asks for regular attendance alongside whoever else is already in it, and you don’t control the roster. Here you choose the professionals yourself, and the network is built around your own book rather than around a meeting everyone attends. Forty-five minutes a month, and we run it.
Do I have to ask my clients for referrals?
No, and we would advise against it. The program is built on recognition rather than solicitation — clients are given standing and a reason to talk about you. An advisor asking every review meeting for three names caps out fast and costs goodwill.
What happens if the advisor down the street joins first?
The network is built around your clients, so a competing advisor would never be inside yours. What matters is the professionals — the CPA, the attorney, the banker. Each of them can realistically only feed one advisor. That is the part that is genuinely first-come.
What does it cost?
The assessment is free. The Referral Revenue Roadmap is $1,950 one-time. A Privaire network is $4,950 a year, and one advisor pays it — the professionals you invite join at no charge.
How do I know it worked?
Every introduction is logged at the moment it’s made, not reconstructed from memory later. A share of qualified clients is held out at random, and we report only the difference between the two groups — what would not have happened without the system.

One last thing

Ten minutes tells you what you are leaving on the table.

The assessment scores your practice across the six places referral business gets lost, and gives you the number in dollars — calculated from your own fee revenue and your own client count. It is free, there is no card, and there is no call unless you ask for one.
