These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shoutback.com, the Referral Readiness Assessment, and any services provided by Shoutback Concepts, LLC ("Shoutback," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or assessment, you agree to these Terms.
Who We Are
Shoutback is a referral growth system for mid-market businesses, combining confidential benchmarking, automated activation across four referral pillars, peer accountability, and an optional local business community. Our website and assessment are informational and diagnostic tools intended to help business owners understand their referral readiness.
The Referral Readiness Assessment
The assessment is provided free of charge. Your results — including your Foundation Check score, pillar scores, activation sequence, and any estimated revenue gap — are generated based solely on the answers you provide. These results are estimates intended to illustrate potential opportunity, not guarantees of actual results, revenue, or outcomes for your specific business.
The Referral Revenue Audit — 10× Guarantee
What the guarantee covers
If you commission a paid Referral Revenue Audit and the delivered report does not identify referral revenue opportunities reasonably estimated at 10 times the cost of the audit, we will refund the full audit fee.
How to claim it
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us within 14 days of receiving your completed audit report at hello@shoutback.com, referencing your audit. We will confirm against the report's findings and process your refund within 14 business days — no extended review process.
What's not covered
This guarantee applies to the audit deliverable itself — the diagnostic report and its findings. It does not apply to ongoing memberships, the 90-day pilot, or other services, which are governed by their own engagement terms provided separately at the time of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and assessment only for legitimate purposes related to evaluating your own business (or a business you represent). You agree not to:
- Submit false or fraudulent information with intent to misuse our tools or guarantee
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, repeatedly submit, or manipulate the assessment
Referral Partners
If you access our assessment through a referral link from a partner, association, or representative, that referral relationship is tracked for attribution purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. Compensation arrangements with referral partners are governed by separate agreements between Shoutback and the partner, and do not create any obligation between Shoutback and the person completing the assessment.

Nothing on this website or in the assessment constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Revenue estimates and benchmark comparisons are illustrative and based on general industry data; your actual results will depend on many factors specific to your business. You should consult your own advisors before making business decisions.
Intellectual Property
The Shoutback name, the Referral Readiness Assessment methodology, the four-pillar framework, and related materials are the property of Shoutback Concepts, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose our assessment methodology or content for commercial use without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our website and assessment are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoutback Concepts, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, assessment, or any business decisions made based on the information provided.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
