Families pick a dentist on a friend’s word. Be the name they hear.
The realtor, the pediatrician and the new employer meet families before they’ve found a dentist. We build a private network of the local businesses that see those moments first, so new patients come to you.
Free assessment · 10 minutes · no card · See a sample network
Families look for a dentist at a few moments. Someone else is there first.
The business that meets the family first decides whose name gets mentioned. The network puts yours on their short list.
A new address means a new dentist, and people ask the first person they trust.
Dental groups recommend a first visit by the first birthday. Parents ask who’s good with kids.
Open enrollment sends employees looking for a dentist who takes their plan.
Families coming out of treatment need a general dentist for the long run.
A smile people will notice starts with a consult.
Losing employer coverage makes people ask which dentist is worth paying for.

A model, not a forecast. The assessment uses your actual numbers.
You host a private network. We build it and run it.
About ten non-competing local businesses, one per category, chosen by you. Each joins free as your guest. The network belongs to your practice.
Assess and plan
The free assessment finds where referrals leak. The Roadmap turns it into a 90-day plan and names the categories for your market.
We build your network
You name the realtor, the pediatrician and the rest. We write the invitations, build your private invitation page and onboard everyone who accepts.
Trusted lists do the work
Each member shares a short list of the businesses they trust with their own patients. Someone taps “introduce me” and it’s logged with their consent.
Meet, host, report
Forty-five minutes a month, family events with your partners, and a monthly report of every introduction and what it became.
Built around the dental code of ethics.
Introductions, not paid referrals. Every request asked for, and every one logged.
- No rebates, no split fees
The ADA Code (section 4.E) says dentists shall not accept or tender rebates or split fees, and its advisory opinions generally bar paying anyone for referring a patient. Nobody in your network is paid for a referral.
- A flat fee, never per patient
You pay Shoutback a flat monthly fee to build and run the network. It is never a share of patient fees and never tied to how many patients arrive. The businesses in your network join free, and a seat never depends on referring you.
- The patient asks, and it’s logged
Details pass only when someone asks for the introduction and ticks the consent box. Every request is recorded: whose list it came from, who it was for, and when.
Your state dental board’s rules govern. If you treat Medicaid or other federal program patients, federal anti-kickback rules apply too, so have counsel review before any healthcare provider joins your network.
Start free. Go as far as it’s worth.
You pay a flat fee; the businesses you invite join free. Nobody is ever paid for a referral.
Card on file, $0 today. Cancel any time before day 61 and you pay nothing. Not a dentist? Hold your category on Privaire.
“The best salesperson we ever worked with outsold everyone and never made a cold call.”
Every client came from someone who sent them. Shoutback is that system, written down and run on purpose, for your practice.
Incremental annual revenue from a loyalty and share-of-customer program we designed and ran for a major automotive manufacturer.
Publisher clients onboarded in twelve months onto a white-label engagement platform we built for national publishing groups.
Building systems that turn existing relationships into measurable new revenue. Two major national publishers are current Shoutback clients.
The first two were delivered at Dealers Group, before Shoutback.
Questions dentists ask
Isn’t this just a study club or a chamber group?
A study club is dentists learning from dentists, and a chamber group is whoever shows up. Here you choose one local business per category, every one of them meets families before you do, and every introduction is logged. Forty-five minutes a month, and we run it.
Do I have to ask patients for referrals?
Not the way most practices dread. Your patients receive your trusted list as a service: the pediatrician, the realtor and the insurance agent you’d send your own family to. When you do ask, it’s after a good visit, with the words written for you.
Can another dentist join my network?
No. There is one general dental practice per network, and the network is yours. What is first-come is the businesses: the realtor or pediatrician who joins your network is not in a competitor’s.
Is this allowed under the dental code of ethics?
It’s designed to be. Nobody is paid for a referral, your fee is flat and never a share of patient fees, and a patient’s details move only when they ask for the introduction. Your state board’s rules govern, so check them before launch.
How much of my time does it take?
About an hour to choose and introduce your first partners. Then 45 minutes a month for the network meeting, plus whatever time you give the introductions that arrive. We do the rest.
What does it cost?
The assessment is free. The Roadmap is $1,950 on its own. Hosting a network is $495 a month, with the first 60 days free while we build it, then month to month or $4,950 a year. The Roadmap is included. The businesses you invite and your patients join free. The fee is flat and paid to Shoutback; nobody is paid for a referral.
How do I know it worked?
Every introduction is logged when it’s asked for: who sent it, who it was for, and when. Each month you see the introductions, which became appointments and which became patients, compared with your numbers before the network.
Ten minutes tells you what you’re leaving on the table.
Your referral gap in dollars, from your own revenue and patients count. Free, no card, and no call unless you ask for one.
