• Generate and display your Referral Readiness results

• Understand which referral partners or marketing sources are most effective, using the referral attribution code in your link (if applicable)

We do not sell your information to anyone. We use a small number of third-party services to operate our site and tools:

• Formspree — receives and forwards form submissions from the assessment to our email
• Netlify — hosts our website and assessment tool
• Calendly — handles scheduling if you book a call with us

These providers process data on our behalf and have their own privacy policies governing how they handle information. We do not share your information with any other third party for marketing purposes.

If You Came Through a Referral Partner

If you accessed our assessment through a link from a referral partner (such as an industry association, publisher, or independent representative), we record which partner referred you so we can track and, where applicable, compensate that partner. This referral information is not shared with the partner directly — it is used internally by Shoutback only.

Data Retention

We retain assessment results and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up on your inquiry and maintain our business records. You may request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us using the details below.
